  • Pops & Pulses - Full Body

    (Bodyweight) Small movements and isometric holds to tone & strengthen the muscles while increasing time under tension. Get ready to feel the burn!

  • Low-Impact Ground Work

    (Bodyweight) Full-body workout with low-impact movements performed on the ground. Designed to build strength and muscle endurance.

  • Double-Banded Full Body

    (Mini-Bands) Hitting the upper & lower body at the same time in this high-intensity, low-impact workout targeting stamina & strength. Have two bands ready - light & medium.

  • Strength & Stamina - Full Body

    (Dumbbells) A series of full body moves to push stamina, while building strength during 40 second HIIT intervals & brief rest periods.
