These classes are designed to improve stamina and endurance. Guided workouts feature intense interval sessions and heart-pounding cardio. We'll sweat and burn fat while having fun! Low-impact modifications are given for advanced movements.

    (Bodyweight) HIIT cardio intervals involving 40 seconds of movement followed by 20 seconds of rest. Working on conditioning the body to go farther and last longer.

  • Kauai HIIT Cardio

    (Bodyweight) HIIT intervals designed to build stamina & muscular endurance in the legs. A short workout to challenge the cardiovascular system, the muscles & the mind.

  • Cardio Blast

    (Dumbbells) Quick cardio class involving four separate moves performed back-to-back to build full body stamina & improve endurance.

  • Embrace the Burpee

    (Bodyweight) Advanced-level total body conditioning class. Series of burpee modifications to build endurance in the muscles & the lungs. Low-impact modifications included for explosive movements.

  • Crazy Cardio

    (Bodyweight) Challenging HIIT intervals designed to build muscular endurance & stamina. Advanced-style class with low-impact modifications.

  • HIIT Plyos

    (Dumbbells) Advanced-level HIIT cardio class adding resistance to build strength & power. Working on full body strength while conditioning the cardiovascular system.

  • Kauai No Repeat Cardio

    (Bodyweight) Challenging & fun full body HIIT/Cardio beach workout. All new moves for each set.

  • Low-Impact Cardio

    (Bodyweight) Short and effective low-impact cardio workout. Build strength & stamina with no explosive movements.

  • Kauai Full Body AMRAP

    (Bodyweight) HIIT-style total body burning progression. Adding a single extra rep after completing each progression for total body conditioning.

  • Kauai Yoga AMRAP

    (Bodyweight) Full body movement progression adding one rep after each completed set. Using a series of yoga-inspired movements to build endurance & mobility.

  • Kauai Mini-Band HIIT

    (Mini-band) Full body HIIT training. Fast-moving series of movements that will burn your muscles & test your endurance.

  • High Intensity Cardio & Build

    (Dumbbells) Work for 40, rest for 20. This full body strength & stamina class uses bodyweight moves for cardio, then adds resistance for a measure of muscle building.

  • Weighted Low-Impact Cardio

    (Dumbbell) No explosive movements here. This beginner-style class is all about toning the muscles & building more endurance through low-impact movements that will get the heart pumping.

  • Double-Banded Full Body

    (Mini-Bands) Hitting the upper & lower body at the same time in this high-intensity, low-impact workout targeting stamina & strength. Have two bands ready - light & medium.

  • Sweat & Pump

    (Dumbbells) Short and intense full body strength & cardio session. Workout anywhere with a pair of lightweight dumbbells.

  • Strength & Stamina - Full Body

    (Dumbbells) A series of full body moves to push stamina, while building strength during 40 second HIIT intervals & brief rest periods.

  • Animal Sweat - Family Workout
